I advised Mr. Frederick that county <br /> policy is that we don't take enforcement action for illegal structure <br /> pending resolution of app. for rezoning but normally for <br /> nonconforming use, ie something that can be moved, we will enforce. <br /> I advised that he should not have more than 2 tractor-trailers on <br /> property pending decision on rezoning.
