Chadwick Farm. <br /> Dennis and Betty Chadwick farm 290 Acres in the Towns of Deerfield and Christiana. <br /> See attached "Riesop" map indicating a 7 Acre parcel (to the RH-2 District) and a 12.5 Acre <br /> parcel (to the RH-3 District). The zoning request is to create 2 flag-shaped wooded lots with the <br /> access points coming off Schadel Road. The lots' "drive access" would be adjacent to a field <br /> treeline, and only nominal cropland would be used. The Chadwicks would then re-sale the lots. <br /> They have had two prior re-zonings.
