We, on behalf of Mr. <br /> D'_lPre, request that the 200' x 217.8' parcel described in the attached legal description be <br /> rezoned from A-1 (excl.) to Commercial C-1. <br /> Mr. DuPre currently owns the property located directly west of the subject parcel, which <br /> is zoned C-1 and described as Lot 2, CSM 8280. Mr. DuPre intends to expand his current <br /> septic field, located on Lot 2, to include part of the subject parcel. This change in use will <br /> require a change in zoning. In addition, the change in zoning will facilitate transfer of the <br /> subject parcel from its current owner, Dane County, to Mr. DuPre. Dane County sold the <br /> subject parcel to Mr. DuPre in escrow, pending approval of the change in zoning. <br /> We enclose the following in connection with this request: <br /> 1. Check in the amount of $100 to cover the filing fee; <br /> 2. Legal Description and tax parcel number of property that is proposed to be <br /> rezoned (Exhibit A); <br /> 3. Scale drawing of proposed rezone area; and <br />
