The answers are as follows: <br /> 1 . The land from which the one acre parcel is being divided from was <br /> originally about 70-75 acres. <br /> 2. The County bought part of the Link farm. <br /> 3. There are improvements on the land DuPre already owns, consisting o <br /> a 60' X 120' retail/wholesale fruit & vegetable building. There are no <br /> improvements on the 1 acre parcel subject to the rezoning request or on the <br /> other land owned by Dane County. <br /> 4. The rezone is for Mr. DuPre to expand his septic system. He does not <br /> intend to build on the 1 acre parcel. However, expanding the septic system <br /> will enable him to have more employees in the existing building. <br /> Please call me if you have any other questions or need additional <br /> information.
