This property is currently zoned RH-3 and includes the private road <br /> "Dahmen Pass" with "right of way access" to two neighbors . We have a purchase option <br /> with Henry Brunner for an additional 3.59 acres adjacent to our property (see enclosed <br /> survey map). Our intention is to combine the Brunner parcel to the 15.21 acre parcel, <br /> totaling 18.8 acres which requires rezoning the property to "RH-4". <br /> Our intent is to complete the access road "Dahmen Pass" as previously approved and <br /> build a single family home on the property in 2-3 years.
