DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6752 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include <br /> in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6752 <br /> TO RH-2 : Part of the Northeast quarter Section 33 , NW 1/4 NW 1/4 <br /> Section 34 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 28, Town of Black Earth described <br /> as follows: <br /> Lot #1, CSM 4085 found in Volume 17, Page 113 of Certified Survey Maps <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> Also, A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section <br /> 33 and also part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 28 and also <br /> part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Black Earth <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Section 33 ; thence North 300 feet; thence West 350 feet; thence south <br /> 300 feet; thence West 300 feet; thence S 56. East, 300 feet; thence N <br /> 47. East, 500 feet; thence East 565 feet to the centerline of County <br /> Highway F; thence Northeasterly along said centerline 66 feet to the <br /> North line of said NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 34; thence West <br /> along said North line 600 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of <br /> its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone <br /> to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded s ey shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> °K)-) °\(\ <br /> 0 ENV• <br />
