DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6753 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to iZoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervi ors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plain be amended to include in the A-2(1) Agricultural <br /> District/s and CO-1 Conservancy Di trict/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6753 <br /> A-2(11- <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Sect on 11, Town of Cross Plains, to wit: Commencing at <br /> the West quarter corner; thence Ea t 730 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> East 550 feet; thence South 113.5 f et; thence West 26 feet; thence South 10 feet; thence <br /> West 69 feet; thence North 10 fee ; thence West 70 feet; thence North 12 feet; thence <br /> West 40 feet; thence South 12 feet; thence West 345 feet; thence North 113.5 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. Also, a part of he SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Sout west corner thereof, thence North 130 yards; thence <br /> East 47 yards; thence South 130 yar ls, thence West 47 yards to beginning. <br /> CO-1- <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Southwest corner thereof, thence orth 130 yards; thence East 47 yards; thence South <br /> 130 yards, thence West 47 yards to eginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed p ursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane Cou ty, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be n ll and void.
