Mr. Vang has been working on the placement of the road to serve the <br /> area. At one point the road was going to run along the southern boundary of his <br /> land. Now the road has been moved to the interior of his land. <br /> Because some of the acreage will be used for road right of way the size of <br /> one of the lots which he intends to create within the lot 1 of the recorded CSM <br /> will not meet the 2 acre requirement of RH1 zoning. Therefore he is seeking to <br /> rezone lot #3 on the preliminary four lot CSM to R1A.
