A copy of this notice <br /> is enclosed. <br /> Inspection has disclosed that ordinance requirements have not been complied <br /> with. Chapter 2 Dane County Ordinances, Section 2 . 03 (2) and (3) , provides <br /> that citations may be issued for enforcement of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance; and/or, <br /> The Dane County Zoning Ordinance provides under Section 10. 25 (5) that any <br /> person or persons, firm, company or corporation either owner, occupant or <br /> other user of the premises, who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses <br /> to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than five dollars, nor <br /> more than two hundred dollars and costs. Each day that a violation is <br /> permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Compliance herewith <br /> shall be enforced by injunctional order at the suite of the county or occupant <br /> of real estate within the district affected by the regulations of this <br /> ordinance. It shall not be necessary to prosecute for forfeiture before <br /> resorting to injunctional proceedings. <br /> Any person who has the ability to pay any forfeiture entered against him under <br /> this ordinance but refuses to do so may be confined in the county jail until <br /> such forfeiture is paid, but in no event to exceed thirty (30) days. In <br /> determining whether an individual has the ability to pay a forfeiture, all <br /> items of income and all assets are subject to garnishment, lien or attachment <br /> by creditors. <br /> You are hereby notified that compliance will be expected no later than <br /> October 27, 1995 .
