DANE COUNTY ORJ)INANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6758 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor be anended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6758 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 21, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 21; thence S 89° 49' 44" East along <br /> the East-West quarter line of Section 21, 48.25 feet to the East right-of-way of USH 51 <br /> and the point of beginning; thence N 00° 42' 14" West along said East right-of-way line, <br /> 281.62 feet to an angle point in said East right-of-way line of USH 51; thence continuing <br /> along said East right-of-way line N 00° 38' 19" West, 1026.16 feet to a point 16.5 feet <br /> South of the North line of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21; thence S 89° 45' 02" <br /> East, along a line 16.5 feet South of and parallel to the North line of the SW 1/4 of the <br /> NW 1/4 of Section 21, 332.53 feet; thence S 00° 42' 00" East, 1307.33 feet to the East- <br /> West quarter of Section 21; thence N 89° 49' 44" East along said East-West quarter line, <br /> 333.60 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
