TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT Regarding Zoning Petition # 6, 702 Public Hearing / � l9 6 Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of ?1,7" AA/1.) having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved/ ). The Town Planning Commission, consisting of 6 members voted ,`) in favor and opposed. (aksent) The Town Board, consisting of members voted in favor and ' opposed. The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no conditions) 2. Petition No. 6762 by Jeff Trumpy to rezone 7.29 acres located west of 672 Oak Ridge Road (Section 21) from A-1 Ex. to RH-2 for sale of land not suitable for farming to create one parcel. The property has been viewed and this portion of the property was found to be very hilly and unsuitable for agriculture. The commission recommended approval of the petition with the condition that deed restrictions be attached to the newly created parcel and the remaining 49.51 acres of ag land to prevent further division of this land for homesites. The records should reflect that this is the last division of this land allowed under the Land Use Plan.
