• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6764 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the <br /> Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-1A Residential and RH-4 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6764 <br /> A parcel of the land located in the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Cottage Grove described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO RI-A: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said W 1/2 of the NE 1/4; thence North 1326 feet; <br /> thence S 80° 10' East, 366 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue S 80° 10' East, 200 feet; <br /> thence North 234 feet to the Southerly right-of-way of CTH BB; thence N 80° 10' West along said right- <br /> of-way 200 feet; thence South 234 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> A parcel of the land located in the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Cottage Grove described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO RH-4: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said W 1/2 of the NE 1/4; thence North 1326 feet; <br /> thence S 80° 10' East, 300 feet; thence North 234 feet to the southerly right-of-way CTH BB; thence S <br /> 80° 10'East along said right-of-way 66 feet; thence South 234 feet; thence S 80° 10' East 200 feet; <br /> thence South 1229 feet; thence West 558 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two <br /> copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> 4,\\; ,-)?\\ <br />
