DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6764 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zonin: D istrict Maps of the <br /> Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-1A Residential and RH-' Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6764 <br /> A parcel of the land located in the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Cottage Grove described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO R1-A: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said W of the NE 1/4; thence North 1326 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue North 234 fee o the Southerly right-of-way of CTH BB, <br /> thence S 80° 10' East along said right-of-way 300 feet; th; ce South 234 feet; thence N 80° 10' West, <br /> 300 feet to the point of beginning.
