• <br /> J - i <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6765 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6765 <br /> A part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 18 and part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 <br /> of Section 17, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 18; thence North <br /> along the section line, 1324.53 to the point of beginning; thence East along the South line <br /> of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of aid Section 17, 25.48 feet more or less; thence North, <br /> 77.25 feet more or less; thence N 08° West, 50.00 feet more or less; thence N 23° West, <br /> 82.00 feet more or less; thence N 26° West, 420.00 feet more or less; thence West, 260 <br /> feet more or less; thence South, 574.00 feet more or less; thence East,474.52 feet more or <br /> less to the point of beginning. <br /> A part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 7 and N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 18,all in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3:. Commencing at the East quarter corner East of said Section 18; thence <br /> North along the Section line, 1324.53 feet; thence West along the South line of the NE 1/4 <br /> of the NE 1/4 of said Section 18; 1381.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> West, 66.00 feet; thence N 00° 57' 32" East, 2163.67 feet; thence S 52° 29' 32" East, <br /> 575 more or less; thence South, 550 feet more or less; thence West, 384 feet more or less; <br /> thence South, 1263.67 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
