• J - i DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6765 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6765 A part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 18 and part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 18; thence North along the section line, 1324.53 to the point of beginning; thence East along the South line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of aid Section 17, 25.48 feet more or less; thence North, 77.25 feet more or less; thence N 08° West, 50.00 feet more or less; thence N 23° West, 82.00 feet more or less; thence N 26° West, 420.00 feet more or less; thence West, 260 feet more or less; thence South, 574.00 feet more or less; thence East,474.52 feet more or less to the point of beginning. A part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 7 and N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 18,all in the Town of Cross Plains described as follows: TO RH-3:. Commencing at the East quarter corner East of said Section 18; thence North along the Section line, 1324.53 feet; thence West along the South line of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 18; 1381.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue West, 66.00 feet; thence N 00° 57' 32" East, 2163.67 feet; thence S 52° 29' 32" East, 575 more or less; thence South, 550 feet more or less; thence West, 384 feet more or less; thence South, 1263.67 feet more or less to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. ,01\ 1/\ 04.
