The Town <br /> Board consisting of 3 members voted 3 in favor of this petition . <br /> This petition had originally been on your hearing date for <br /> November 19, 1996, but at our November 6, 1996 meeting we voted to <br /> deny it by holding it in abeyance impending further investigation of <br /> sale of the property.
