To whom it may concern; September 30, 1996 <br /> The property described at 206 Canal road in the Town of Medina, Dane County Wisconsin is to <br /> be sold by Agnes Harless to James Mundt and Linda Pfeiffer on November 27, 1996. A house is <br /> presently situated on a 4.3 acre parcel that has been surveyed and recorded by the county, <br /> however the property to be sold on November 27 includes the house on the 4.3 acre parcel plus <br /> an additional 5.7 acres. The additional acreage is presently zoned as agricultural. <br /> The present petition seeks to rezone the entire 10 acres with the house road as RH-3. <br /> Thank You <br /> James C.
