Campbell <br /> 7197 and 7277 Loper Road, Town of Roxbury <br /> Zoning Petition No. 6790 <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1390 <br /> Dear Mr. Lorenz: <br /> This will confirm our telephone conversation of January 8, 1997. <br /> As we advised you, the Planning Committee for the Town of Roxbury recommended <br /> approval with conditions of the above referenced zoning petition and conditional use application. <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the motion for approval as adopted by the Planning Committee of the <br /> Town of Roxbury. <br /> The zoning petition and conditional use application will be heard by the Town of Roxbury <br /> Town Board on January 20, 1997. It is our understanding that you have us placed on the <br /> Zoning and Natural Resources Committee agenda for that committee's meeting of January 21, <br /> 1997. It is our understanding that you will forward to us a copy of the agenda in order that we <br /> may be advised as to whether that meeting will start at 5:30 P.M. or 7:30 P.M. For your <br /> convenience, we are enclosing a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. <br /> With respect to the matter of the conditional use request for hay rides and sleigh rides, <br /> pursuant to our discussion with you, it is our understanding that as long as the conditional use <br /> permit is granted for the 20 acre parcel for hay rides and sleigh rides, and as long as all hay <br /> rides and sleigh rides begin and end on the 20 acre parcel, and further provided that all <br /> automobile parking for individuals partaking in the hay rides and sleigh rides is on the A-2 <br /> parcel, no separate conditional use permit is needed for the A-1 parcel even if the hay rides and <br /> sleigh rides go through the A-1 parcel to and from the A-2 parcel. <br />
