Operation of the facilities will be as described in attached facilities description <br /> for the one (1) acre parcel. <br /> 20 Acre Parcel (presently zoned A-1): <br /> Rezone this parcel from A-1 to A-2. <br /> Attach a deed restriction that permits only one single family r 'dance. <br /> Grant a conditional use permit to allow this land to be use or the following: horse <br /> boarding; riding stables; hay and sleigh rides; horse show events; sale of horse and <br /> riding supplies; sale of candy, popcorn (other"munchies"), and soda; and native wildlife <br /> rehabilitation facility.
