The Town's new Land Use Plan strongly supports the preservation of farmland. The <br /> Plan also strongly supports long-term planning for logical, cost-effect community growth. A-1 <br /> Exclusive Agricultural Zoning is needed to allow the Town of Oregon to responsibly manage <br /> its growth, protect its quality of life and preserve its historic agricultural economic base. <br /> IV.
