<br /> All portions of Section 1 not lying within the corporate limits of the Village of Oregon, lying
<br /> Westerly of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad railroad tracks in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4,
<br /> excepting therefrom that property designated as C-2 on Amendment 4241, shall be designated A-3.
<br /> All portions of Section 2,T5N, R9E, not lying within the corporate limits of the Village of Oregon,
<br /> excepting therefrom the Trusler Subdivision and the Plat of Peterson Heights, shall be designated
<br /> A-3.
<br /> All portions of Section 3,T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive,excepting therefrom the SW
<br /> 1/4 of the NW 1/4 designated as R-1 on Amendment 1232;further excepting therefrom those portions
<br /> of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 designated as R-1 on Amendment 2354 and R-3A on Amendment 1369;
<br /> further excepting therefrom the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4,the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4,the NW 'A of the NE
<br /> 1A and the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; and further excepting the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the NE 1% of the SE
<br /> '/4 and the SE 1/4 of the SE 1A which shall be designated A-3,excepting therefrom that portion of the
<br /> SE 1/4 designated as C-2 and RH-1 in Amendment 2772.
<br /> All portions of Section 4, T5N, R9E, shall be designated A-1 Exclusive, excepting therefrom the
<br /> Madsen Plat; further excepting therefrom the remaining property in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the
<br /> remaining property in the NE 1A of the SE 1/4 which shall be designated A-3; further excepting
<br /> therefrom the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4,excluding a parcel in the southeasterly corner of the NE 1/4 of the
<br /> NE 1/4, beginning at the southeast corner of the NE 1% of the NE 1A, running westerly along the S
<br /> line of the NE 1A of the NE 1/4 600.3 feet, thence running 410.3 feet northeasterly, thence running
<br /> 435 feet easterly, thence running 390 feet southerly along the E line of Section 4 to the point of
<br /> beginning, which shall be designated A-3.
<br /> All portions of Section 5,T5N,R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive,excepting therefrom the NW
<br /> 1/4 and the W V2 of the SW 1/4,which shall be designated A-3; and further excepting therefrom that
<br /> portion of the SE 1A of the said NW 1/4, designated as C-2 on Amendment 1338.
<br /> All portions of Section 6,T5N, R9E lying northerly of Sun Valley Parkway shall be designated A-3,
<br /> excepting therefrom the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 lying northwesterly of Sayles Trail which shall be
<br /> designated A-1 Exclusive; and further excepting therefrom the Plats of Ravenoaks, Blue Heron
<br /> Addition to Ravenoaks,and Partridge Hill Addition to Ravenoaks;and further excepting therefrom
<br /> the property lying in the southerly 1/3 of the NW 1A of the SW 1/4 and the SW V4 of the SW 1/4 which
<br /> shall be designated A-1 Exclusive;and further excepting therefrom the SE 1/4 of the SE 1A,northerly
<br /> of Sun Valley Parkway; and all portions of Section 6, T5N, R9E lying southerly of Sun Valley
<br /> Parkway.
<br /> All portions of Section 7, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive, excepting therefrom that
<br /> portion of the NW 1/4 of the NW 'A, northerly of Crestwood Drive, designated as RH-1 in
<br /> Amendment 3757.
<br /> All portions of Section 8,T5N,R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive,excepting therefrom the Plats
<br /> of Hobby Horse Heights and Raven Hills; and further excepting therefrom the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
<br /> of the NW 1/4; and further excepting therefrom the SW 1/4 of the NE 1A of the NW 1/4, the N 1/2 of
<br /> the SW 'A of the NW 1/4 and the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; and further excepting therefrom
