It has come to My attention that upon passing the <br /> petition, that an amendment was added to the zoning approval. I would like a clarification as to <br /> what the amendment means in relation to the split off of the Farm house and buildings. <br /> To be more specific I will explain the situation on the property in question. The entire Farm was <br /> 68 acres when We purchased it last fall. We have since sold the 20 acres on the south of hwy. BB <br /> to the Farmer(Russ Pohlman) who adjoins that land. Concerning the remaing 48 acres north of <br /> hwy. BB, it was our intention to split off a 3 acre building site for the previous owner and split off an <br /> 8-10 acre area that included the farm house and buildings that will be sold. The remaining 35+- <br /> acres will be sold to the DNR, We are currently negotiating with Mary Zickermann the Area Land <br /> Agent for the DNR. We do not intend to create any additional building lots or divide the farm in any <br /> other way. We will try to be at the planning meeting to answer any questions that you may have, if <br /> We are unable to attend please send a response to Hearthstone LLC. 217 N.
