Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1386 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. FOR: Boarding stable, with related uses and unlimited livestock. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 1/21/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (SEE BELOW) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Deerfield described as follows : Lot #1, CSM 7780 found in Volume 41, Page 26, of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. CONDITIONS These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1 . Shall be limited to 15 horses. 2 . A manure storage/disposal plan approved by LCC, plan shall remain in effect only if applicant has additional lands to dispose of manure. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not • impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district.
