Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1386 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Boarding stable, with related uses and unlimited livestock. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 1/21/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (SEE BELOW) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Deerfield described <br /> as follows : Lot #1, CSM 7780 found in Volume 41, Page 26, of <br /> Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1 . Shall be limited to 15 horses. <br /> 2 . A manure storage/disposal plan approved by LCC, plan shall <br /> remain in effect only if applicant has additional lands to <br /> dispose of manure. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3.
