Owners would like to divide off 1.17 acres from this 5.6 <br /> & 4.21 acre parcel. In turn, the zoning would need to be changed to R1A for the smaller parcel <br /> and RH-1 for the remaining 8.64 acres, It is the owner's intention to sell the smaller parcel as <br /> soon as possible, pending rezone approval. It will then be the new owner's decision as to when <br /> they will improve the property with a new home. The property is heavily wooded and sloping and <br /> is not suitable for either crops or pasture, but will make a beautiful secluded home site. Site has <br /> an approved perc test on it. The Heinemann's wish to keep the remaining 8.64 acres to eventually <br /> build on for themselves. It is their hope that the County will approve this rezone and subsequent <br /> division of their property. <br />
