Blomstrom,Assessor (608)-835=3200' 'T'. <br /> JAN 1 4 1997 <br /> Rezone #6795--Lofy <br /> At a duly called Town Board meeting of January 7, 1997, of the Town <br /> of Oregon, the Town Board rescinded the action of December 3, 1996, <br /> approving C-1 zoning for Rezone Petition #6795, submitted by <br /> Richard Lofy. The board approved the A-2 (1) and C-2 zoning <br /> unanimously with conditions . The Plan Commission unanimously <br /> agreed with these conditions and rezone . <br /> Conditions for rezone approval : <br /> In the C-2 Zoning district section of the Dane County Ordinance, <br /> the following items will allow the use requested by the petitioner. <br /> 10 . 14 (1) (a) (b) and (c) All are recommended to be allowed. <br /> 10 . 14 (2) No additional Conditional Uses to be permitted. <br /> 10. 14 (3) Building Height Limit to be restricted to 25' , in order to <br /> accommodate the Petitioner' s 13 foot sidewall height and the <br /> additional height required in order to permit a hoist for <br /> automobile assembly. <br /> 10 . 14 (4) Building size estimated to be 40X64 . Plan Commission <br /> recommends that the building size not exceed more than one-third of <br /> the parcel size . <br /> 10. 14 (5) Building setback from the front lot line to be 63' from the <br /> centerline right-of-way. <br /> 10 . 14 ( 6) Side yard setback to be a minimum of 10 ' from each side . <br /> 10 . 14 (7) Rear yard setback to be a minimum of 10 ' . <br /> 10 . 14 (8) Screening--the Petitioner will : <br /> 7* be allowed to park only licensed vehicles ouside of the <br /> building. <br /> )T* not be allowed to store any equipment outside of the <br /> building. <br /> X* not be allowed to store any tires, parts, etc. outside of <br /> the building. <br />
