JAN 1 4 1997 Rezone #6795--Lofy At a duly called Town Board meeting of January 7, 1997, of the Town of Oregon, the Town Board rescinded the action of December 3, 1996, approving C-1 zoning for Rezone Petition #6795, submitted by Richard Lofy. The board approved the A-2 (1) and C-2 zoning unanimously with conditions . The Plan Commission unanimously agreed with these conditions and rezone . Conditions for rezone approval : In the C-2 Zoning district section of the Dane County Ordinance, the following items will allow the use requested by the petitioner. 10 . 14 (1) (a) (b) and (c) All are recommended to be allowed. 10 . 14 (2) No additional Conditional Uses to be permitted. 10. 14 (3) Building Height Limit to be restricted to 25' , in order to accommodate the Petitioner' s 13 foot sidewall height and the additional height required in order to permit a hoist for automobile assembly. 10 . 14 (4) Building size estimated to be 40X64 . Plan Commission recommends that the building size not exceed more than one-third of the parcel size . 10. 14 (5) Building setback from the front lot line to be 63' from the centerline right-of-way. 10 . 14 ( 6) Side yard setback to be a minimum of 10 ' from each side . 10 . 14 (7) Rear yard setback to be a minimum of 10 ' . 10 . 14 (8) Screening--the Petitioner will : 7* be allowed to park only licensed vehicles ouside of the building. )T* not be allowed to store any equipment outside of the building. X* not be allowed to store any tires, parts, etc. outside of the building.
