AS <br /> INDICATED BY INCLUDED PLOT PLAN MAP FROM A-1 TO C-2 <br /> PERFORMANCE SPECIALTIES, INC. owned and operated by Richard Lofy and Michelle Lofy, <br /> the current owners of the above named parcel; intends to erect a 40'x 63' commercial pole <br /> building on the rezoned parcel. Construction would begin as soon as possible depending on the <br /> amount or time required to secure the necessary zoning changes and construction loans. We <br /> anticipate building completion by June 1997 or before. The building would be constructed by a <br /> professional builder using quality materials and a two color wainscoat front to make it pleasing <br /> to the eye. <br /> The building would be used to operate our small business as a Performance Parts retailer. <br /> Automotive performance parts would be sold,.distributed,and installed_.on the premises. The <br /> 'majority of our is rn the car suspension area very little work is done on engines. No body <br /> work or painting is done on the premises. <br /> At the present time a woodworking cabinet shop is located and operated next door to the section <br /> of property we are asking to be rezoned. Our <br /> principal residence is located on the other side of the parcel. There are very few other homes or <br /> buildings in the area at the present time.
