DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6801 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6801 <br /> TO RH-2: Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Verona described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 5; thence South 513.2 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence South 980 feet; thence West 370 feet to Shady Oak <br /> Lane; thence Northwesterly along Shady Oak 100 feet; thence N 35° 24' East 446.3 feet; <br /> thence N 24° 48' West 233.2 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence N 41° 08' West 531.1 <br /> feet; thence N 54° 10' West 315.3 feet; thence N 37° 44' West 301.36 feet to the North <br /> Section line; thence East 950 feet; thence South 513.2_feet; thence East 250.2 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: Part of SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Beginning 1493.2 feet South of the North quarter corner; thence West 370 feet; thence <br /> Southeasterly along Shady Oak Lane 770 feet; thence North 700 feet along the North- <br /> South quarter line to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> 4.k4 <br />
