This property is under the City of <br /> Sun Prairie territorial jurisdiction and is shown on their <br /> west side plan to be slated for future commercial zoning. An <br /> area of 125 ' X 220 ' ( 27 , 500 ft2 ) is the area I am proposing <br /> to rezone . I plan to build a 50' X 100 ' for my business use <br /> during the winter.
