1 r a <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6780 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial and RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6780 <br /> TO C-2: (Lot #1) - Part of NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Albion described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence South, 865 <br /> feet; to the point of beginning; thence South, 70 feet; thence N 70° East, 560 feet; thence <br /> North, 660 feet; thence West, 300 feet; thence South, 700 feet; thence S 70° West, 250 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO 1111-3: (Lot#2) - Part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, <br /> Section 6, Town of Albion described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of <br /> the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence South, 935 feet; to the point of beginning; thence South, <br /> 70 feet; thence N 70°East, 580 feet; thence N 75° East, 1630 feet; thence N 12° East, 320 <br /> feet to the North line of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West along said North line, 840 feet to <br /> the Northwest corner of said 1/4 1/4; thence South, 500 feet; thence S 75° West, 840 feet; <br /> thence S 70° West, 560 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register ofDeeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> i I23197 <br />
