TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition # 2 I <br /> Public Hearing 1 7/? <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of BLOOMING GROVE having considered <br /> said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved/Denied). <br /> The Town Planning Commission, <br /> consisting of 4 members voted 3 in favor and 1 opposed. <br /> The Town Board, <br /> consisting of 3 members voted 3 in favor and 0 opposed. <br /> The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no <br /> conditions) <br /> - Used only as landscaping material storage. <br /> - Rezoning reverts on sale of business . <br /> - Must provide a landscape plan to Plan Commission by March 6 , 1997 <br /> to meet County screening requirements 10. 16(7) . <br /> (attach additional page(s) as required) <br /> Please note; If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but this rezone does not comply <br /> with the Town Land Use Plan, please explain the approval.
