The petition requested was as follows: rezone Monson Park lots 2, 3, <br /> 4, and 5;block 2 from RE-1 to R-4;rezone four parcels on Fairview Street from A-1 EX <br /> to R-4 and rezone Lee's Park Addition lots 28, 29 and 30;block 1 from B-1 to R-4 for the <br /> development of condominiums. <br /> The Plan Commission unanimously disapproved this petition(7-0) at their November 13, <br /> 1996 meeting, on the basis that it does not fit the Town Land Use Plan. <br /> The Town Board unanimously disapproved this petition(5-0) at their November 19, 1996 <br /> meeting. <br /> This request does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan for two major reasons.
