DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6787 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the R-4 Residential District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6787 TO R-4: Lots 28, 29 and 30, Block 1, Monson's Park Addition to Lee's Park. Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 2, Monson's Park Addition to Lee's Park. Part of the SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #1, Block 3, Monson's Park, Town of Pleasant Springs; thence N 41° 28' East 20.0 feet; thence N 48° 32' West 48.7 feet to the point of beginning of this description, said point being on the Northerly line of Maple Avenue, thence N 48° 32' West 42.7 feet along • the Northerly line of Maple Avenue; thence N 50° 37' West along Maple Avenue 107.9 feet; thence N 10° 23' East 14.0 feet; thence S 10° 23' West along the Westerly line of said Fairview Street 85.00 feet to the point of beginning.
