yRov LATHROP & CLARK (MON) 01. 13' 97 08:46/ST. 08:44/NO. 3560209870 P 4 <br /> PROPOSED USAGE LANGUAGE FOR HNCC <br /> The Diocese has used the HNCC over a period of years primarily for religious purposes. <br /> These uses have included, do include and will include the following: <br /> I] Conference and retreat facilities which include conference rooms, dining and <br /> food preparation rooms, a chapel and other facilities supportive of these uses. <br /> 2] Office, administrative and management facilities for the Diocese and its various <br /> related agencies and activities. (These activities have been occurring in the <br /> HNCC premises for many years but the number of such activities will increase <br /> as a result of the renovation to be permitted under the CUP.) <br /> 3] Residential facilities for retired and active priests. <br /> 4] Occasional and incidental lease activities for profit or non-profit organizations <br /> or groups, including for example only, UW athletic activities (Badger football <br /> training), scouting activities, municipal governmental activities and similar <br /> functions. For the purposes of the granting of this CUP, it is understood and <br /> agreed that the non-religious activities referenced in this paragraph, when <br /> compared with the directly religious activities described in paragraphs 1, 2 and <br /> 3 above, shall never constitute more than a nominal part of the overall uses and <br /> activities of the Diocese on the HNCC premises. <br /> C 2 <br /> cnt f °40' <br /> Garl <br />
