Proposed Use <br /> Holy Name Catholic Center was, when the seminary program was active, and is currently a <br /> multi-use facility including diocesan offices, religious service and retreat facilities, <br /> residential apartments for priests, meeting and conference rooms, food service and athletic <br /> facilities. The proposed project continues those uses in an increased and updated way <br /> making greater use of the 254,000 square feet space. <br /> The project includes approximately 65,000 square feet for office use, 35,000 square feet <br /> for meeting facilities including dining rooms and chapel, and 11,000 square feet for <br /> residential facilities. <br /> 2. Schedule of Development <br /> With zoning and building plan approval, it is anticipated that the development will occur as <br /> follows: <br /> Construction Start - February 1997 <br /> Construction Completion - April 1998 <br /> It should be noted that the construction may be phased, resulting in later completion date <br /> for portions of the project. <br />
