• <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> Proposed Usage Language for HNCC <br /> The Diocese has used the HNCC over a period of years primarily for religious <br /> purposes. These uses have included, do include and will include the following: <br /> 1. Education and retreat facilities, together with appropriate supportive uses. <br /> 2. Office, administrative and management facilities for the Diocese and its <br /> various related agencies and activities. (These activities have been <br /> occurring in the HNCC premises for many years but the number of such <br /> activities will increase as a result of the renovation to be permitted under <br /> the CUP.) <br /> 3. Residential facilities for retired and active priests and other religious <br /> purposes. <br /> 4. Occasional and incidental lease activities for profit or non-profit <br /> organizations or groups, including for example only, UW athletic activities <br /> (Badger football training), scouting activities, municipal governmental <br /> activities and similar functions.
