DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6806 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6806 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 27 and also part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section <br /> 26, to wit: beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 27; thence S 89° 07' 51" W, <br /> 303.55 feet; thence N 3° 44' 14" E, 693.91 feet; thence N 89° 56' 12" E, 634.19 feet; <br /> thence S. 3° 40' 25" W, 682.74 feet; thence S 88° 45' 31" W, 332.24 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> \\ <br />
