PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
ZONING DIVISION
Re: Dane County Zoning Petition 6806
Ron Parisi - Section 26/27
Ladies/Gentlemen:
In December of 1996, the Town Board approved petition 6806 to rezone 20 acres to
RH-4 for a proposed land division on the Ron Parisi property. On February 10, 1997 Mr.
Parisi advised the Plan Commission he amended this petition to reduce the acres of the
proposed land division to a 10 acre parcel which would require RH-3 zoning. The Plan
Commission recommended approval of that amended petition. The Dunn Town Board will
act on the amended petition when it is received from the county. I anticipate the Town Board
will also approve the amended petition as it has the support of the Plan Commission and is
consistent with our land use plan.
Sincerely,
(2-14 Lt4A.,"
Rosalind Gausman
Clerk Treasurer
cc: Ron Parisi
--(ickXet( t n te 3-/q-q7
