• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6812 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springdale. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the B-1 Local Business <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6812 <br /> Part of Lot #1, CSM 8063 located in Town of Springdale, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner Section 16, thence West, 516.79 feet; thence N <br /> 44° 99' 27"West, 105.17 feet; thence N 74° 03' 48"West, 108.92 feet; thence N 89° 25' <br /> 50"West, 80.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing Westerly along said line, <br /> 58.81 feet; thence N 21° 26' 30"West, 28.16 feet; thence West, 35.00 feet; thence N 57° <br /> 32' 42" West, 256.81 feet; thence South, 220.54 feet; thence East, 195.00 feet; thence <br /> N 02° 15' 31"East, 190.00 feet; thence N 28° 50' 38"West, 40.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. To pmlubit uses in the B-1 with the exception of those uses allowed under 10.11(2Xa)of the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Said restrictions shall mn in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> The rezoned area shall also be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. That there is to be no customer parking on the cul-de-sac and to include the parking area <br /> shown on the site plan dated April 15, 1997. <br />
