We currently own the South 150 feet of blocks 8 and 9. Clyde Gallagher <br /> Sub,livision and it is zoned C-2. It has professional otlices and a barber shop which we <br /> relit out <br /> We are asking to have all four lots to be zoned C-1. McDonalds on one side of the <br /> pi otr.i ties is -toned C-1 and Abes Print Shop on the other side is zoned C-2 and across the <br /> sit H.uu the North lots is zoned R-4 and has garages facing Alverez used by tenants in <br /> tl! ,,iuln4 k the North of them. We are also asking for a conditional use permit at this <br /> sat:? time for the duplex on the lot 8 facing North and on Alverez Avenue. Our only <br /> inunediate plan is to allow some parking for about four tenants that have to park on the <br /> skeet.
