REASON FOR REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> We ai purchasing the property, in the town of Blooming Grove, which is the North 150 <br /> feet of lots 8 and 9, Clyde Gallagher Garden Subdivision and it is zoned R-4 and we will <br /> take possession January 1, 1997. We currently own the South 150 feet of blocks 8 and 9_ <br /> Clyde ih:i!!agher Subdivision and it is zoned t=-?. It has piofessional offices and a barber <br /> shot, :‘'hich we rent out. <br /> We are asking to have all four lots to be zoned C-1. McDonalds on one side of the <br /> p�op-; is zoned C-1 and :gybes Print Shop on the other side is zoned C-2 and across the <br /> street from the North lots is zoned R-4 and has garages facing Alverez used by tenants in <br /> the condos to the Noiti of them. We are also asking for a conditional use pelmit at this <br /> sairm ° time for the duplex on the lot 8 facing North and on Alverez Avenue. Our only <br /> immediate plan is to allow sonic parking for about font tenants that have to park on the <br /> street.
