Legal description of the property. <br /> 2. Two copies of site or location plans which show: <br /> a. Location of proposed project. <br /> b. Lot lines or bondaries of project. <br /> c. Existing structures, roads, streams, etc. <br /> d. Proposed project, ie., net construction, filling, grading, etc. <br /> e. Existing elevations(structures and contours). <br /> f. Proposed elevations of any fill, grading,basement or first floor <br /> of new building or addition to building. <br /> 3. Flood proofing specifications for any buildings, additions, on site sewage disposal systems and <br /> wells proposed to be constructed below the flood protection elevation. <br /> 4. Cost of project. <br /> 5. Name of contractor, engineer. <br /> 6. Present assessed value of any non-conforming building intended to be added to, modified, <br /> altered, re-built or replaced. <br /> 7. Certification by a registered professional engineer or architect that the project will be <br /> accomplished in compliance with flood plain zoning provisions and regulations. <br /> 8. Additional information may be required to permit a complete analysis of the proposed project. <br /> 9.
