DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6824 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-1A Residential and RH-1 Rural Homes District/s, and A-2(8)the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6824 TO A-2(8): Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, T 8N, R11E, Town of Sun Prairie, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Beginning at the North 1/4 Corner of said Section 22; Thence N86°52'42"E along the North lime of said Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, 1191.18 feet; Thence S60°30'58"W, 202.28 feet; Thence S29°29'02E, 263.00 feet to the centerline of County Trunk Highway "T"; Thence S60°30'58"W along said centerline, 66.00 feet;Thence N29°29'02"W, 263.00 feet; Thence S60°30"58"W, 380.00 feet; Thence S29°29'02"E, 263.00 feet to the centerline of County Trunk Highway "T"; Thence S60°30'58"W along centerline, 839.37 feet to the centerline of Kvalheim Road; Thence N1°31'32"W along said centerline, 896.57 feet to the North 1/4 corner of said Section 22, said point being the point of beginning.
