• <br /> City of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE TO ALLOW A INDOOR INSTITUTIONAL Presented: September 3, 1996 <br /> LAND USE (MIDDLE SCHOOL) IN A SR-4, <br /> SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT Adopted: September 3, 1996 <br /> LOCATED WEST OF THOMPSON ROAD <br /> BETWEEN MONTANA AND MICHIGAN File Number: 7527 <br /> AVENUES EXTENDED FOR THE SUN PRAIRIE <br /> AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT Resolution No: 96/104 <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS,there has been submitted a request for a Conditional Use to allow a Indoor <br /> Institutional land use(middle school)for the Sun Prairie Area School District, 509 Commercial Ave., Sun <br /> Prairie,WI 53590; and, <br /> WHEREAS,on Monday,August 19, 1996,the Plan Commission held a public hearing to <br /> consider the Conditional Use; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has carefully reviewed the petition, binding submittal documents, <br /> Staffs report regarding Case No. PC9607-06 dated August 12, 1996, and the Plan Commission's report <br /> dated August 21, 1996, and has determined that the proposed Conditional Use, subject to the conditions <br /> below, is in the best interests of the City and should therefore be approved. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conditional Use to allow a Indoor <br /> Institutional land use(middle school) in a SR-4, Suburban Residential district, west of Thompson Road <br /> between Montana and Michigan Avenues extended for the Sun Prairie Area School District, which has <br /> been duly filed, be and the same is hereby approved, subject to complete and continuous compliance with <br /> all codes, ordinances and regulations, including payment to the City of any past due fees or taxes owed by <br /> the petitioner, owner or operator, and all submittal documents including the site plan attached as Exhibit A <br /> and the landscape plan attached as Exhibit B and the following conditions: <br /> 1. A revised site plan shall be submitted for review and approval prior to the issuance of a building permit <br /> which shows the following: <br /> a. The location of dumpsters and indication that they will be screened by a 6 foot high solid fence or <br /> wall with a solid gate. The development must comply with Section 8-3 of City ordinance. 04.. <br /> b. The handicap accessible parking stalls shall meet all ADA requirements. o <br /> c. All parking provided shall meet Zoning Ordinance standards. c <br /> d. A 25 foot wide landscape area shall be shown along Thompson Road. <br /> 2. A final landscape plan showing details of the location, type and size of materials to be used shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit. <br /> 3.
