• <br /> Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1402 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Governmental use - public school <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 1/28/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> A part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Burke <br /> described as follows : Commencing at the South quarter corner of <br /> said Section 1; thence along the East line of the SW 1/4 of said <br /> Section 1, N 00° 02' 40" West 1328 . 39 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing along said East line N 00° 02' 40" <br /> West, 915. 00 feet; thence along the South line of Certified <br /> Survey Map #7966, S 86° 15' 44" West 1295. 47 feet; thence S 00° <br /> 02' 40" East, 915. 00 feet; thence N 86° 15' 44" East, 1295. 47 <br /> feet to the said East line of the SW 1/4 of Section 1, and the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1 . The applicant shall apply for and receive a zoning permit and <br /> erosion control permit from the Dane County Zoning Division . <br /> 2 . The site shall be developed according to the site plan, <br /> grading plan, and landscape plan dated 11/11/96, subject to any <br /> revisions necessary to achieve compliance with the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3 .
