• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6829 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6829 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33, Town of Black Earth described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Black Earth <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence <br /> Northwesterly 702 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence Southwesterly 350 <br /> feet more or less; thence Northwesterly 458 feet more or less to the centerline of CTH F; <br /> thence Northeasterly along the centerline of aid CTH F 225 feet more or less; thence <br /> Southeasterly 498 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3: Part of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 33; Town of Black Earth described <br /> as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence West along the <br /> South line of said quarter quarter, 1321 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of the <br /> Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence North on the West line of said SE 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4, 620 feet more or less to the centerline of CTH F; thence Northeasterly alogn the <br /> centerline of said CTH F, 390 feet or less; thence Southeasterly 458 feet more or less; <br /> thence Northeasterly 350 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 702 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
