• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6829 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6829 Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33, Town of Black Earth described as follows: TO RH-1: Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Black Earth described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence Northwesterly 702 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence Southwesterly 350 feet more or less; thence Northwesterly 458 feet more or less to the centerline of CTH F; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of aid CTH F 225 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 498 feet more or less to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Part of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 33; Town of Black Earth described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence West along the South line of said quarter quarter, 1321 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence North on the West line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, 620 feet more or less to the centerline of CTH F; thence Northeasterly alogn the centerline of said CTH F, 390 feet or less; thence Southeasterly 458 feet more or less; thence Northeasterly 350 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 702 feet more or less to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
