Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br /> Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall <br /> record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1 . To consolidate the amended A-2 rezone area with CSM # <br /> 5874 on the Certified Survey Map and that the C-2 rezone <br /> area shall be restricted to the folowing; all auto <br /> dismantling shall be confined to the interior of the <br /> existing building, all salvage parts shall be stored within <br /> the building, the existing limited family business and the <br /> expansion allowed under this rezoning combined, will allow <br /> for a maximum of 25 vehicles for dismantling to be stored <br /> outside, said vehicles shall be screened from public view <br /> pursuant to section 10 . 16 (7) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance, landscape and site plans must be approved by the <br /> Town Plan Commission and Town Board before construction <br /> begins, no mini-warehouses, warehouse is for vehicles and <br /> parts associated with the limited family business, there <br /> should be one access to AB, not an additional one for the <br /> warehouse, an approved site/landscape plan should be part of <br /> the condition since the adopted plan call for one. also <br /> deed restricted for a bait, flower and gift shop. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within <br /> 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br />
