TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT 119i <br /> 10 <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition # 3 Public Hearing �� <br /> 9 9 9 <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove having considered <br /> said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved/Denied). <br /> The Town Planning Commission, <br /> consisting of 4 members voted 3 in favor and 1 opposed. <br /> The Town Board, <br /> consisting of 3 members voted 2 in favor and A opposed. <br /> 1 abstained. <br /> The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no <br /> conditions) <br /> SEE ATTACHED SHEET #1A <br /> (attach additional page(s) as required) <br /> Please note If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but this rezone does not comply <br /> with the Town Land Use Plan, please explain the approval.
