To consolidate the amended A-2 rezone area with CSM #5874 on <br /> the Certified Survey Map and that the C-2 rezone area shall be <br /> restricted to the following: all auto dismantling shall be <br /> confined to the interior of the existing building, all salvage <br /> parts shall be stored within the building, the existing limited <br /> family business and the expansion allowed under this rezoning <br /> combined, will allow for a maximum of 25 vehicles for dismantling <br /> to be stored outside, said vehicles shall be screened from public <br /> view pursuant to section 10 . 16 (7) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance, landscape and site plans must be approved by the Town <br /> Plan Commission and Town Board before construction begins, no <br /> mini-warehouses, warehouse is for vehicles and parts associated <br /> with the limited family business, there should be one access to <br /> AB, not an additional one for the warehouse, an approved <br /> site/landscape plan should be part of the condition since the <br /> adopted plan call for one. Also deed restricted for a bait, <br /> flower and gift shop. <br />
