(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The <br /> rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Uses shall be restricted to 10.121 (2) (b) sales, distribution, mixing, <br /> blending and storage of feeds, seeds and fertilizer; 10.121 (2) (e) <br /> sales, service and repair of lawn and garden equipment; 10.121 (2) (f) <br /> sales and distribution of nursery stock and plants. There shall be no <br /> additional residential development on the A-2 rezone area. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent <br /> Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. <br /> Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and *. <br /> void. - 1 <br /> At.\\N\ <br />
