DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6836 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the <br /> Town of Oregon. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be <br /> amended to include in the A-B Agricultural Business <br /> District/s and A-2 Agricultural District the following <br /> described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6836 <br /> A-B - Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 9, Town of Oregon <br /> described as follows : Commencing at South quarter corner <br /> Section 9, N 00° 03' 32" West, 1326. 90 feet; thence N 89° <br /> 47' 20" East, 605. 00 feet, to the point of beginning; thence <br /> S 00° 08' 09" East, 200. 00 feet; thence N 89° 47' 20" East, <br /> 210 . 00 feet; thence N 00° 08' 09" West, 200 . 00 feet; thence <br /> S 89° 47' 20" West, 210. 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> A-2 - Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 9, <br /> Town of Oregon, thence North 00° 03' 32" West, 1326 . 90 feet <br /> to point of beginning, thence North 89° 47' 20" East, 605. 00 <br /> feet, thence South 00° 08' 09" East 200 feet, thence North <br /> 89° 47' 20" East, 210 feet, thence North 00° 08' 09" West, <br /> 200 feet, thence North 89° 47' 20" East, 523 .28 feet, <br /> thence South 00° 08' 09" East, 943 .24 feet, thence South 89° <br /> 50' 48" West 330 . 00 feet, thence South 00° 08' 09" East, <br /> 49 . 50 feet, thence South 89° 50' 48" West, 1009. 65 feet, <br /> thence North 00° 03' 32" West, 1021 . 43 feet to point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10.255 (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The <br /> rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Uses shall be restricted to 10.121 (2) (b) sales, distribution, mixing, <br /> blending and storage of feeds, seeds and fertilizer; 10.121 (2) (e) <br /> sales, service and repair of lawn and garden equipment; 10.121 (2) (f) <br /> sales and distribution of nursery stock and plants. There shall be no <br /> additional residential development on the A-2 rezone area. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent <br /> Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. <br /> Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and *. <br /> void. - 1 <br /> At.\\N\ <br />
