<br /> and SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
<br /> AND THE SAID GRANTOR specially warrants that he/she will defend the title and possession of the
<br /> Grantees against all lawful claims of persons claiming by, through or under the said Grantor, his/her successors
