The action taken by both the Plan Commission and Town Board are detailed below. For your reference I have enclosed a copy of the preliminary certified survey map presented by Mr. Arnett, which includes the three lots involved. On April 9, 1997 the Plan Commission, which consists of seven members, took the following action on these requests: Lot#1, 2491 Skaalen Road - unanimously approved the rezone of 3.2 acres from A-1 EX to RH-1. Lot#2, the lot between 2469 and 2491 Skaalen Road - unanimously denied request for the rezone of 2.1 acres from A-1 to RH-1, due to the lack of density at this time. Lot#3, 2469 Skaalen Road - unanimously approved the rezone of 4.1 acres from A-1 EX to RH-2. On April 15, 1997 the Town Board, which consists of five members, took the same action as the Plan Commission, also by unanimous decision,with the exception of unanimously denying approval of the preliminary certified map, date 1-10-97 and revised 2-14-97.
